Kris Mixon currently serves as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte within the Human Capital Consulting Practice. He specializes in the Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications industries, providing change strategies for his clients. Prior to joining Deloitte, Kristopher worked for Ernst & Young, and Accenture LLP as a Change Management Consultant. He is an Alumnus of Prairie View A&M University, where he attained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, from the College of Business. Shortly after graduating, he achieved a Master of Science in Forensic Accounting from Webster University. He is a current member of the National Association of Black Accountants, as well as the President of Emerging 100 Houston. Kristopher has a strong passion for Real Estate, Professional Development, Corporate and Dining Etiquette, and developing our future young black professionals.

Andre' Phillips serves as a Medical Affairs VSF Pharmacist for Eli Lilly & Co. within the Global Omnichannel Medical Capabilities Team. He specializes in the medical digital landscape, leveraging international clinical insights to develop business processes and enable cross-functional strategic planning. Prior to joining Eli Lilly, Andre' worked for NASA on the space medicine ExMC team at the Johnson Space Center, and for Houston Methodist Hospital within the Emergency Medicine department. He completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Louisiana at Monroe as a double major in Pharmacy and Toxicology where he also competed as a Division I Track & Field athlete specializing in the 400 Meter Hurdles. Shortly after, Andre' attended the Texas Southern University Doctor of Pharmacy program where he he conducted research in music therapy, chemotherapy intervention, and achieved his Pharm.D. He is a current member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., Pharmacy Leadership Society, Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity Inc., and serves as the CEO of his short-term rental company Rome LLC. Andre' has a strong passion for community outreach, ground-breaking research, and developing the next generation of black leaders

Jay currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Swell Energy. He specializes in the company’s onboarding process, benefits, and policy writing and development. Before joining Swell Energy, Jay worked at Southwest Airlines as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist and at Sysco as a Human Resources Generalist. He is an Alumnus of Prairie View A&M University, where he attained a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Jay is pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Texas A&M University. Jay has served in several leadership roles within Emerging 100 Houston, and his passion for the youth drives his passion for this organization. Jay is passionate about the arts, etiquette, and molding the minds of future generations.

Kris Floyd is a native of Del Rio, TX and the current Vice President of Programs for Emerging 100 Houston. He earned his BA in Business Management from Texas A&M University in 2017. Professionally, he works in healthcare technology with Teladoc Health, specifically within their operations and software automation teams.
Kris has served Emerging 100 as both a general member and a committee chair supporting the
education pillar. In his current position as Vice President of Programs, he oversees the 5 pillar
committee chairs and their efforts in bringing the best programs to young black men and teens in
the Houston area. His favorite program that Emerging 100 supports is cracking the code, as these types of programs were not available during his middle and high school years. Providing the
opportunity for others to access these valuable lessons and skills when he did not have access to
them is very important to Kris.

Jalen Sherald currently serves as a Diversity & Inclusion Specialist at K&L Gates, a multinational law firm. He supports firmwide programming and initiatives in service of underrepresented attorneys and allied professionals globally. Prior to joining K&L Gates, Jalen spent time in other diversity, inclusion, and human resource focused roles in a variety of industries. He completed his undergraduate studies at George Mason University where he majored in Conflict Analysis & Resolution with a double minor in Communication and Psychology. He then went on to obtain his Master of Professional Studies in Human Resource Management with a concentration in Diversity & Inclusion. Jalen has an affinity for community service, identity-based conflict resolution, and supporting marginalized members of society.
